How can I view my bill online or sign up for e-billing? Visit our website at to register for online payment and E-billing.

How can I pay my bill online? Accessing our online customer portal allows you to choose how to be notified (mail, email, text) when a bill is ready for payment and your preferred payment method. The following forms of payment are accepted online

  • • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
  • • Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
  • • E-Checks

What is the cost to pay my bill via Credit, Debit, or E-Check?

  • • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) - 2.5%
  • • Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) - 2.5%
  • • E-Checks - $1.00

Is there a maximum transaction amount? There is a limit of $3,000.00 per credit or debit card transaction for any payment made with First Billing Services. There is a limit of $5,000.00 per e-check transaction for any payment made with First Billing Services. Any automatic payments scheduled to exceed this limit will not process when using this system.

What other online payment features/options do I have? Online registration allows customers to choose from the following payment options:

  • • E-Billing and Payment. Receive your bill through email allows for customer to review their usage and make payment though a simple payment process.
  • • Automatic Electronic Payment – Register to have your bills paid automatically from a secured credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
  • • Text and Pay - Get reminders about your due date and pay your bill with one easy text!

What other payment options do I have if I prefer to not make a payment online?

By Phone: Phone payments can be made through First Billing with a live agent by calling *1-855-270-3592*. Customers must have their water / sewer account number to utilize this service. Please use only the first seven-digits of the account number shown on your billing statement when making payments through the telephone service. If you need assistance with your account number, please contact our office. Hours of operation for phone payments are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.

Online: Online payments can be made through First Billing using the full 14 digit account number, including the dash. ex: 1234567-1234567

By Mail: Send payment using the payment stub included with your mailed bill. If you do not have a payment stub, please make sure your full account number is listed on your check/money order and send your payment to:

What information do I need to register my account online? Answer: To create a new account, you will need to enter the following information:

  • • Account Number
  • • Zip Code

I forgot my User Name.Answer: Please click on the “Forgot your User Name?” link on the Secure Client Log In screen. Enter your email address and click “Retrieve User Name” to retrieve your user name via email.

I forgot my password.Answer: Please click on the “Forgot your Password?” link on the Secure Client Log In screen. Enter your user name and click “Reset Password” to receive a temporary password via email.

How can I view my payment history information online?Answer: To view a copy of the previous payments processed by First Billing Services, choose the “Account History” option on your home page. You can email or print receipts from this location.

How can I register more than one account under the same username? Answer: Register one of your accounts using the “Register” tab from the Secure Client Log in screen. Click on “Manage Accounts” to add additional accounts to your username. Once the additional accounts are registered, navigate the accounts using the quick drop menu on the top right side of your screen.

How do I remove an account from my username? Answer: Click on “Manage Accounts” to remove an account from your username. Simply click on the delete button of any accounts you wish to remove.
